Bryan Landry, General Manager
Bryan is originally from New Orleans, Louisiana and is a graduate of LSU in Baton Rouge. After having 10 years of IT experience with ConocoPhillips Oil Company in Oklahoma and Compaq/ HP Computers in Houston Texas, Bryan earned his CAM License and has been managing Residential Community, Condominiums and Commercial Property in Southwest Florida since 2012. Bryan lives on Marco Island. He has 3 children and 2 grandchildren. Bryan has his Captains License and enjoys sunset charters on the weekends and evenings.
Patty Burke, Administrative Assistant
Patty is from South River, NJ. Moved to Naples in 1989.She has worked in the Property Management field since 1998 and is very happy to be a part of The Royal Seafarer. Her spare time is spent enjoying the sun as well as friends and family. She works in the front office Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Patty also works as Nighttime Superintendent on Wednesday and Friday night from 4:00 PM to 11:30 pm.
Justin Brasier, Maintenance
Justin works Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Yesika Gutierrezs , Housekeeper
Yesika is in charge of housekeeping and works Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00p.m.
Joe Russell, Nighttime Superintendent
Joe was born and raised in Washington, DC. He just recently moved to Naples. For thirty years he was in the business of selling new homes for developers. In his spare time, he enjoys sports and listening to music and he also likes to play the drums. Joe is married with one son that lives in the Washington, DC area. Joe is our weekend nighttime superintendent, working Saturday 2:30 pm to 12:00 am , Sunday 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, and Monday 4:00 pm to 11:360 pm.
